Summer Folk-style Wrestling Practice

Dates: June 7- August 23, 2007

Day & Time: Thursday 4:00-5:15PM
12 practices

Cost: $120 for the entire summer
10% discount for families of 2
20% discount for families of 3 or more
50% discount for Dragons Den Kajukenbo students

Technique focus:

June: Neutral Position (standing) takedowns, shots & throws (offense & defense)

July: Top Position breakdowns, pinning combinations, rejections
August: Bottom Position escapes & reversals

Ages: 8-14years old; all skill levels
(Elementary & Middle school students)

        There is an annual fee of $35 for the USA Wrestling Card. This card covers the wrestlers insurance during practice and at all of the USA Wrestling tournaments. It also includes a 12-month subscription to the USA Wrestling Magazine.
